GENERAL MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing bar team, ensuring every new hire is not only technically skilled but also aligned with our culture and values
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them grow in their roles and deliver top-tier guest experiences
Lead by example during service, maintaining a strong floor presence and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere behind the bar
Take the reins on new drink initiatives, from ideation to execution—collaborating with ownership to develop creative, seasonally inspired, and profitable beverage menus
Maintain excellent product knowledge across all beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings—regularly training staff to do the same
Oversee day-to-day operations including inventory management, ordering, and bar cleanliness, ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times
Monitor costs, track sales, and identify opportunities to boost revenue and minimize waste without compromising quality
Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol compliance standards, and ensure all team members are properly certified and trained
Cultivate a bar environment that feels welcoming, inclusive, and fun—because we’re not just serving drinks, we’re setting the vibe

QUALIFICATIONS:
Are at least 21 years old
Previous experience in hospitality or the bar scene required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine love for cocktail culture, craft beverages, and creating unique guest experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Are available when we are busy, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, & nights
Must bend, reach, and stretch for supplies and products, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
